How To Apply Your Nail Set
Each set of nails arrives in a box with nails lined in size order from 0 (Thumb) to 9 (Pinky). There are 2 nails to every size. Along with your order you will receive:
(1) Sheet of adhesive gel tabs for temporary wear and easy removal
(1) Nail glue for extended wear. (We recommend using the adhesive tabs with a very small dab of glue on your nail.) This secures a "gel'-like, comfy fit.
(1) Mini nail file/buffer to assist in forming or shaping of the nail.
(1) Wooden Cuticle stick
To Apply :
- Select the nails that fit you best.
- Have fun mixing and matching different designs on each hand!
- A sure fit means your press on completely and comfortably covers your nail bed.
- No overlapping on cuticles, no "tight" feeling or air pockets.
- Next, wash hands with soap and water to remove any oils from nail surface & dry hands.
-Push cuticles back if you wish
-File and shape your natural nails with the file included in your purchase.
-Lightly Buff your nail bed a bit to assist in adhesive or glue hold.
-Apply nails using your method of choice (adhesive and/or glue).
To Remove :
Adhesive Only: Soak in Warm gently soapy water to loosen the adhesive. Use your wooden cuticle stick to gently lift adhesive from your nail.
Adhesive + Glue: Soak in warm gently soapy water, 5-10 minutes. Use your wooden cuticle stick to gently lift adhesive from your nail. Next, file and buff the adhesive away from your nail bed, and from the press-on.
How long will my nails last?
We use salon quality nails and gels to bring our designs to life. These ensure strength and longer wear, with absolutely no chipping or breaking. Our guarantee works with your willingness to care for your nails as you would like them to last.
When nails are not in use you may store them in a cool, dry, dark place away from sunlight or harsh conditions.
Custom
Custom sets are special orders requiring very detailed specifics on the design(s) you would like.
Occasionally, we offer/create custom made sets during certain times of the year. They are announced on our site or through social media.
You can order as many 20 piece or 10 piece sets as you wish. We enjoy bringing your visions to life! Please email your inquiries to [email protected] or send us a Direct Message (DM) on instagram: @dceleste.nyc. A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to order a custom nail set. This deposit must be paid before work on your custom set will begin.
Pre- Set Sizing / Sets of 10
We may release nail sets of 10 that are pre-sized. This means you receive one full set of nails for only 10 fingers, specifically sized. It is very easy to determine your nail sizes. Our Chart can be found here or on our Instagram page @dceleste.nyc under the "Sizing" highlight.
